“Never Give Up” foi composto e produzido por Kang Ji Won e Kim Ki Bum, os mesmos produtores das músicas “Magic” e “Madonna” das Secret. A música relembra o género do hip-hop e as características de um dos grupos antigos mais conhecidos da Coreia, Heritage.
Especialmente dedicada aos alunos mais velhos que receberam os seus resultados de exames da universidade, a letra de “Never Give Up” fala sobre preocupações, esperanças e sonhos dos alunos durante as sua adolescência e idade adulta.
